The unique design of our umbrellas becomes instantly clear when viewing them. Specifically, as opposed to a center-pole, the support that holds up the shade itself is set off to the side and curves upwards and over it. As a result, not only does this make for a different look, but it also adds more practicality and usage to the umbrella. With simple adjustments, the umbrellas are able to provide shade over a pool, tables without umbrella holes, and the applications as a standard umbrella. In short,
The canopy is made from a durable, 180g polyester material which is showerproof and shaped by 8 x 13mm fibre glass ribs. The powder coated tubular steel frame is strong and the crank mechanism is easy to use. Choose your desired height then turn the handle to open out the canopy. This umbrella can be folded down and stored easily in your garage or shed. Please note that the base must be secured down to a patio/concrete or weighed down.

Instructions for Assembling the Umbrella
Raising a garden umbrella shouldnt be difficult. The canopy should be ready assembled, and the most that is likely to be required is to fit two sections of the pole together and insert them into the canopy.
Tools
You will not require access to a toolkit to assemble our Umbrellas. Occasionally a wrench, allen key or screwdriver may be helpful, but for the most part garden umbrellas are designed for ease of use and no tools are required to assemble an umbrella.
If the garden umbrella is being used to shade a meal al fresco, the chances are it is being set up over a dedicated patio dining table. In this case there is likely to be a circular hole cut into the centre of the table specifically for receiving a umbrella pole. Where this applies, setting up the umbrella is simple. All that needs to be done is to insert the pole through the aperture, extend the lattice frame which supports the shade, and the umbrella is up.
Providing Stability
However, it is not yet secure. The pole either needs to be inserted into the ground, or into a heavy base, in order to give it the stability needed to resist the wind. We suggest using materials sand bags.

Warning
We don’t advise you to use your Umbrella in Windy days, but if you are using it, please:
- Attach some heavies such as sand bags
- Use the string ropes to secure the swivel arm from heavy winds
Refrain from using the umbrellas during heavy winds and rainfall.
